I saw a news story tonight from Ashtabula, Ohio about a 14-year-old boy with epilepsy, named Troy, who was beaten up by a former friend. The incident occurred after school on a basketball court. According to Troy's family, his epilepsy was common knowledge among friends and other teens in the surrounding neighborhood.

Change Begins With Education
I have spoken before about epilepsy and how educating people will help bring about a change to peoples attitudes towards the condition.
